NOTICE OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING (company number 6454R). Registered in England. Registered office: 17 Skye Close, Torquay, Devon TQ2 7DT
Quinta Allotments have decided to break away from the association. The spokesperson for Quinta suggested having the vote to breakaway as soon as possible. The Secretary has been handed 12 signatures in line with current legislation.

Notice is hereby given that a Special General Meeting of Torquay Allotment Holders Co-operative Association Ltd to discuss and vote on Quinta Allotments leaving TAHCAL.

Meeting Location

The Acorn Youth Community & Sports Centre, Lummaton Cross, Barton, Torquay, TQ2 8ET
On Saturday the 11th March 2023 from 11:30am.

Allan Cavill Southwest Mentor for the National Allotments will be attending the meeting to answer any questions that you may have. Then a vote by a show of hands will take place.
