Deposit Required *

I understand that a deposit of £50.00 will be taken at the start of my tenancy. A gate key deposit is also required, currently, £10.00. Price may change from time to time.

A deposit is required at the start of your tenancy. A photograph of the plot will be taken on the first day of your agreement and again on the final day, should you decide to leave the association. The deposit will be refunded in full, provided the plot is returned in good condition, as determined by the association.

If we are unable to contact you we will remove you from the waiting list and if you fail to turn up at an agreed time we also reserve the right to remove you from the waiting list.
